Hello friends!

Again, it was a relatively slow year for me in terms of animation, but I don’t remember gaining as many fans in any previous year as I did in 2024. I didn’t create any solo animations, but I participated in some collaborations.

2024 was mentally one of the thoughtest years, but I reached many personal milestones, and I’m grateful for that. However, I feel like I sacrificed a lot of my physical health in the process. Now that I’m getting a bit older, it’s becoming clear that I need to take better care of myself...

Anyways, here are some things I've worked on:

I released a song at the start of the year.

I’d love to work more on my music, but I just haven’t had enough time. Maybe this year will be different—no promises, though!

Then, probably the biggest highlight—at least in terms of popularity—was working on Windowz XP 2012 Professional with Kolumbo!

I shared some of my old .swf files that had never been released, which I found in my Newgrounds File Dump. Some of them were over 10 years old, and just going through the dump filled me with nostalgia. I never would have imagined that old, forgotten stuff could hold such sentimental value almost a decade later—but it does. Maybe that’s why I’m hesitant to watch my old animations; they’d bring back those sweet memories, and part of me isn’t ready to relive them just yet.

I ALSO HELPED MAKE THE MEMEZ!!! Just made Epic Meme Maker functional so you can share your favourite memez with others! Isn't that cool!!?? You guys made more that 2k memes which is AWESOMESAUCE! I also managed to export them all so if anyone is interested in 200MBs of meme goodness DM me :*

My friend synthic wrote a short, that me and Scott turned into a comic. Well he did all the work and I just did the coloring. Still, it was still nice working in a new medium!

I also drew a background for Kolumbo for his Duck and Drugs series!

And yeah, I also did some animating! I worked on 6 shots for A Charlie Brown Christmas Reanimated! Which was actually a lot of animation and I'm really happy with how some of the shots turned out. Check it out:

The absolutely biggest thing that I worked on for the past year was my master's thesis which I finished in early December. So now, I’m officially a Master of Computer Science! I took way to long since I've been full time employed for the last 3,5 years, but I managed to get it done and I'm happy to have that box checked.

So, what’s next? Honestly, I’m not sure. It feels like your late 20s are the years when you’re supposed to figure out what the rest of your life will look like, but I still don’t know where I’m headed. I feel like I want to do everything, but time keeps slipping away, and I need to start doing more "adult" things. At the same time, the things that make me happy—like animating, creating art, making music, and programming for fun—feel like they’re holding me back from taking that big step into adulthood.

Maybe someday I’ll find a way to make it all work...

Anyways I just wanted to add a personal note so I remember my state of mind for the next year when I write another one of this. Thank you everyone for supporting my work—I love you all, and I wish you nothing but the best!

Also am I the most popular Slovene on NG? I surpassed luka who got pretty popular here at home and he is pretty much the only Slovene I know. TOM LET ME KNOW!
